Internal data from Lands of America shows appromixately $4 billion in land and rural real estate for sale in the Terrapin State. This covers a total of 86,621 acres of land for sale in the state. Of Maryland's 24 counties, Charles County had the most land and rural real estate for sale. Maryland is home to 61 wildlife management areas covering over 123, 000 acres, where hunters can take aim for black bear, coyote, white-tailed deer, mink, rabbits, and more.
